就是碣製味道最佳、平衡完美、飽滿順滑的單一麥芽蘇格蘭威士忌。傳統的19世紀工藝中的通常採用本地材料釀造，純淨的雨水和All’t Fionnaidh的泥土，經慢速發酵和蒸餾，最後在歐洲和美國制的橡木桶中平衡熟成，釀造出的Singleton擁有芳醇順滑的獨特口感。
