“An elegant and subtle rose of pretty, pale salmon hue, based on the ’13 vintage (with 20% reserves), led by chardonnay (55%) and tinted with 6-8% pinot noir red wine. Gentle musk and rose hip aromas and red berry and red apple fruits meld with the yeasty, earthy influence of 18 months on lees. A gently textural palate unites an even, refreshing acid line with well-gauged dosage.”
