Moët Impérial is the House’s iconic champagne. Created in 1869, it embodies Moët & Chandon’s unique style, a style distinguished by its bright fruitiness, its seductive palate and its elegant maturity. Created from more than 100 different base wines, of which 20% to 30% are reserve wines specially selected to enhance its maturity, complexity and constancy, the assemblage reflects the diversity and complementarity of the three grapes varietals

Pinot Noir 30-40%
Meunier 30-40%
Chardonnay 20-30%

Tasting Notes:
A sparkling bouquet comprised of the vibrant intensity of green apple and citrus fruit and the freshness of mineral nuances. On the palate, white stone fruits, vivacity of citrus fruit and nuances of gooseberry.

Pairing:
From aperitif to dessert, Moët Impérial pairs perfectly with sushi, scallops, oysters, white fish and meats, and white fruits.

酩悅香檳是酒莊的標誌性香檳。始建於1869年,象徵著酩悅獨特風格——明亮清新的果香氣息,誘人的口感和優雅的成熟度。 酩悅香檳由超過100種不同的基酒調配而成,其中20%~30%的甄選窖藏酒令酒體的成熟度、複合度及持久度得以提升,調配將三種葡萄之間各自獨有的風格及其相互之間的融合互補展現得淋漓盡致。

品鑑筆記:
濃郁的青蘋果和橘類水果香氣, 夾雜着礦物質和白色花朵的清新氣息。 可口豐盈, 濃郁雅緻的白色水果韻味中, 糅合生動的橘類水果及醋栗香氣。

美食搭配:

Rosé Impérial is a spontaneous, radiant, romantic expression of the Moët & Chandon style, a style distinguished by its bright fruitiness, its seductive palate and its elegant maturity. The assemblage reflects the diversity of the three grapes varietals,of which 20 to 30% are from specially selected reserve wines to enhance its intensity, subtlety and constancy.

Blend:
Pinot Noir 40-50%
Meunier 30-40%
Chardonnay 10-20%

Tasting Notes:
A lively intense bouquet of red fruits, floral nuances of rose and a slight hint of pepper. On the palate, an intensity of berries, peach and subtle notes of menthol.

Pairing:
Rosé Impérial goes well with strong, intense dishes such as beef carpaccio, fried mullet, ratatouille and red summer fruit salad.

Ice Impérial, the first and only champagne especially created to be enjoyed over ice. A new champagne experience combining fun, fresh and free sensations while remaining true to the Moët & Chandon style, a style distinguished by its bright fruitiness, its seductive palate and its elegant maturity. The profiles of the wines used in the assemblage have been meticulously selected for the specific contribution, of which 20 to 30% are specially selected reserve wines to enhance the assemblage to complete its intensity, richness and constancy.

Blend:
40-50% Pinot Noir
30-40% Meunier
10-20% Chardonnay

Tasting Notes:
The powerful aroma of tropical fruits and stone fruits. On the palate, roundness and freshness. The sweetness of caramel and the acidity of grapefruit and ginger notes.

酩悅冰雪香檳是首款,也是唯一一款專為加冰享用而調配的香檳。冰雪香檳忠於酒莊獨有風格的同時,也是一種全新的香檳享用體驗- 清新,充滿活力,無拘無束。

Each Grand Vintage is unique, expressing the Moët & Chandon Cellar Master's personal interpretation of the year. 2012 is our 74th Grand Vintage; and is exceptional in its maturity, complexity and charisma.

The 2012 Grand Vintage evokes the transition from spring to summer. It offers superb harmony, accompanied by softness and freshness.

This vintage’s red grape varieties were particularly good, especially the Meunier, which explains their dominant proportion in the blend. For once, the Chardonnay stays slightly in the background.

Blend:
33% Pinot Noir
26% Meunier
41% Chardonnay

Tasting Notes:
Initial notes of fresh white flowers evolve towards sweet, fragrant pastries, with occasional scents of fresh walnuts, hazelnuts and biscuits. On the palate, a softness like cashmere or felt. This initial softness gradually reveals a purity, the crisp structure lengthens to offer a tangy finish, underscored by a mouthwatering hint of grapefruit.

Pairing:
Pasta with cheese-based sauce, caviar, lobster thermidor, sushi.

酩悅2012年份香檳是春季到夏季的轉變過程,呈現自然的和諧韻律,又吐露著溫和的氣息與舒爽的清新。

本年份以莫尼耶為主的黑色果皮葡萄所釀製的葡萄酒尤其成功,因此在調配過程中用上了較高的比例。霞多麗則難得地稍稍讓位。

品鑑筆記:
酩悅2012年份香檳的香氣在撲鼻而來的新鮮白花,漸轉成甜點的甜美氣息,且不時有細微的新鮮胡桃、榛果與脆餅氣味竄出,並伴隨著爽脆、甫成熟的水果韻味,以及梨子、白桃和油桃香氣;和諧、柔軟的味蕾表現,彷若喀什米爾羊絨般,將初始的甜美口感流暢的轉變為酸度結構,並延展成香濃尾韻。

The 2012 Grand Vintage Rosé evokes the transition from spring to summer. It offers an exquisite delicacy, accompanied by freshness and beautiful shades of coral.

This vintage’s red grape varieties were particularly good, especially the Meunier, which explains their dominant proportion in the blend. For once, the Chardonnay stays slightly in the background

42% Pinot Noir
23% Meunier
35% Chardonnay

Tasting Notes:
Initially offering refreshing notes of pink grapefruit and blood orange, followed by small red stone fruit such as morello cherries, finishing with more vegetal notes of wild strawberries and rhubarb. The initially light, delicate structure becomes more robust with notes of stone fruit such as plum.

Pairing:
Seafood and fish, roast chicken, creamy risottos, quail and duck.

品鑑筆記:
酩悅2012年份粉紅香檳香氣清新撲鼻,爾後血橙與歐洲酸櫻桃的小型紅色帶核漿果香氣接續而來,並以野莓與大黃(草藥)的草本植物收尾;而初嚐時,感受明亮細緻的口感,漸漸於味蕾中奔放,以如同維多利亞李子或是大馬士革李子般的帶核水果為尾韻。
