  • DOM PÉRIGNON VINTAGE 2009

Notes of guava and spicy green grapefruit zest combine with stone fruit: white peach and nectarine. The wine opens up, with the whole complemented by woody vanilla and warm, lightly toasted brioche.
The fruit is majestic: ripe, fleshy and profound. Beyond the richness and a certain voluptuousness is a strong impression of consistency that prevails. The wine’s power is remarkably restrained. The various sensations – silky, salty, sappy, bitter and briny – converge and persist.
  • DOM PÉRIGNON ROSÉ VINTAGE 2005

Tropical notes of guava and curry leaf melt away into more classical ones of zest and very ripe stone fruit. Cocoa and toasted spices complement the whole.
The wine has a bracing vinosity. Its initial richness expands and affirms itself, becoming more physical, powerful and structured. It has remarkable length in the mouth, with a touch of licorice and a backdrop of juicy, bitter blood orange.
  • DOM PÉRIGNON P2 2000

The second Plénitude asserts itself after a minimum of 16 years of elaboration in the cellars.
In this window of expression, the wine is majestic in its Dom Pérignon intensity.
Here it expresses its scope, its expansion. This is Dom Pérignon P2, the Plénitude of energy.
The bouquet is ripe, lively and generous. The warm aromas of hay and brioche mingle with those of bergamot orange and russet stone fruit. The overall effect exudes smoky grey accents. The vibrant opening strikes the first chord, a prelude to a complexity that is more tactile than plump, and only gives of itself gradually. The distinguished viscosity is understated and simply fits around the contours of the wine. The length is exquisitely bitter and abounds with sap, a mingling of liquorice and toasted malt.
