Jardine Wines & Spirits Limited, a joint venture between three companies: Moët Hennessy, LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton's wines and spirits business; Diageo (formerly United Distillers & Vintners); and Jardine Matheson, the diversified Asia-based group, which opened its office in Hong Kong in 1982.

In 2004, the business became a joint venture between two partners, Moët Hennessy and Diageo, eventually evolving into the current Moët Hennessy Diageo Hong Kong Limited in 2006.

Today, our company continues to be a leader in the
Hong Kong's luxury wines and spirits market, whilst delivering outstanding value to our partners and consumers.
